The petitioners have filed this Criminal Original Petition to quash the FIR in Crime No.112 of 2012 dated 11.07.2012 on the file of the Orathi Police Statiion, Maduranthagam Taluk.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that after completing the investigation, charge sheet has been filed against the petitioners and the same has also been taken on file as C.C.No.241 of 2014 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Maduranthagam.
