In continuation of the final orders passed by this Court vide Crl.A.No.228 of 2019, it is submitted that the detenu has been released. 2.Since the detenu has already been released pursuant to the orders of this Court passed in Crl.A.No.228 of 2019, the prayer sought for in the above writ petition has become infructuous. This writ petition stands closed accordingly. No costs.
