This writ petition is filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to measure and demarcate the petitioner's land in S.No.576/2, by disposing of the petitioner's representation dated 27.05.2022, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. The case of the petitioner is that he purchased the subject property vide Sale Deeds dated 16.08.2022 and 25.10.2022. It is the grievance of the petitioner that though he has given a representation to the 2nd respondent on 27.05.2022 to survey the said property and demarcate its boundaries and also paid necessary fees, the same has not been considered. Hence, the present Writ Petition. 2/4

Considering the limited relief sought in this writ petition, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.05.2022 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation for survey of the property and demarcate the boundaries, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. 03.07.2024 gya Index : Yes/No 3/4
