This petition has been filed to to direct the respondent police to take further action in the case in Crime No.11 of 2020 pending investigation on the file of the respondent Police, in accordance with law.

2. The petitioner in Crime No.11 of 2020 has filed this petition seeking direction to complete the investigation and file a final report.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that in this case, investigation is almost completed and within a period of one month final report would be filed.

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
