kas all the witnesses except Investigating Officer have been examined. PW3 has been recalled at the behest of the accused and the case now stands posted on 09.03.2026 for examining PW3 and Investigating Officer. He would further submit that the learned Principal Special Judge for C.B.I. Cases, VIII Additional City Civil Court, may be directed to complete the trial at the earliest. 2.Taking into consideration the submissions made and the stage, this Court grants a further period of three (3) months from the date on which this order is uploaded on the website. The Court below shall act upon the web copy of this order without waiting for the certified copy. It is made clear that no further extension of time shall be granted.
