Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned suspension order issued by the third respondent in proceedings No. 7066/2014/MCI dated 23.09.2014 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to process the pension papers relating to the petitioner considering the fact that he is due to retire from service on 30.06.2015.
