ORDER
Learned counsel for the petitioner has circulated a letter dated 21.07.2015 to the Registry praying for permission to withdraw this writ petition. However, further prays for liberty to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action and also made an endorsement to that effect.
2.In view of the submission of the letter dated 21.07.2015 to the Registry, seeking withdrawal of the writ petition, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed. Liberty sought for by the petitioner, is granted.
