Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, for issuance of writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records pertaining the impugned order in ERD/SZ/DP/1718/9 dated 08.03.2019 on the file of the second respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to pay the withholding of terminal benefits of the petitioner with interest at 10% per annum from the date of retirement till the date of payment.

ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioner sought the permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to file statutory appeal before the Appellate Authority. He also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn and the petitioner is granted liberty to pursue his appeal remedy before the Statutory Authority as provided under LIC Staff regulations. No costs. Consequently, the connected writ miscellaneous petition is closed.
