ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against order and decretal order dated 24.09.2020 made in I.A.No.143 of 2016 in O.S.No.367 of 2014 on the file of the Sub Court, Arakkonam.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners states that the sole respondent died. As the learned counsel for the petitioners was not in a position to get details from his client even though the matter has been adjourned on several occasions for this purpose, there are no instructions in this regard from 16.12.2022. Therefore, this Court is of the view that no purpose would be served by giving further adjournment.

3. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for not taking steps. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
