ORDER

Ms.N.Aieshwaryaa, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that she do not want to press the petition as the petition has become infructuous as the petitioner has already been convicted. She further submitted that no cause of action survives and she will challenge the order of conviction before the appropriate court.

2. Accordingly, learned Mr.N.P.Kumar, learned Special Public Prosecutor for the Respondent has no objection to the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, in view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision Case has become infructuous. Accordingly, the same is dismissed at this stage. Consequently, connected

miscellaneous petition is closed.

4. The petitioner is given liberty to challenge the fresh cause of action before the competent court of law.
