COMMON ORDER

1. After some arguments, the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the captioned writ petitions to take recourse to an appropriate proceedings under the Puducherry Value Added Tax Act, 2007 (in short "the 2007 Act"). 1.1. Learned Senior Counsel says that he will file replies to the notices issued under Section 30 of the 2007 Act.

2. Accordingly, the writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty, as prayed for, albeit, in accordance with law.
