This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time to surrender before the learned Special Court for the trial of cases under (prevention of Atrocites) Act, Perambalur District in Crl.O.P.No.16141 of 2022 dated 12.07.2022 on the file of the second respondent.

2. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there was a typographical error in the prayer portion of the affidavit and before correcting the error, the prescribed time as directed by this Court was lapsed. Hence, he prays to extent the time.

3. Considering the above, 10 days time is extended from the date of receipt of copy of this order, for the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16141 of 2022 dated 12.07.2022.
