This is the Second bail petition filed by the petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 06.05.2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 472 of IPC in crime No.2 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police.

2. It is the case of the prosecution that the complaint has been lodged by one, Dharaneeswaran, Deputy Director, O/o. Advocate General of Tamilnadu, High Court of Madras alleging that the accused persons created, forged the documents and committed cheating by issuing fake appointment orders in the name of the Office of Advocate General of Tamilnadu, High Court of Madras. On investigation, it was found that fake appointment orders were created and issued in the name of Registrar General of Madras High Court and the Office of Advocate General by using their signatures and seals. Hence, the case.

3. Earlier, this Court dismissed the bail petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15233 of 2022, on 06.07.2022, considering the fact that petitioner has committed very serious offence as against the society, that

too, fabricated the seal of this Court and forged the signature of the Registrar General of this Court.

4. Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, and that there is no change in circumstances of this case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
