This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for their willful disobedience of the order dated 22.05.2024 of this Court in W.P.No.13035 of 2024. 2.Mr.J.Vasu, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the respondents have been complied the order of this Court dated 31.05.2024. Since the present Contempt Petition is only against the first and second respondent in the Writ Petition, nothing survives for further consideration.

3.Recording the same, this Contempt Petition is dismissed. It is made clear that if the third respondent in the Writ Petition does not take any steps to release the goods, then it is open to the petitioner to take appropriate steps in that regard.
