ORDER

When this original petition was take up for admission, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the non bailable warrant was executed, the petitioner/accused was arrested on 27.09.2016 and was produced before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Puducherry, who has granted him bail.

2. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition is closed with a direction to the 2nd respondent that if the accused jumps bail a fresh FIR can be registered against him under Section 229-A of IPC. the trial court is directed to complete the trial in S.T.R.No.1269 of 2010 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
