2. When the matter is taken up, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel appearing for the 7th respondent that 80(A) application was disposed of and afresh notice was directed to be issued by the CMDA vide proceedings dated 29.05.2023. However, a wrong submission was made before this Court on 05.09.2023 and this Court has passed an order directing the respondents to remove the unauthorised construction and restore the property back to its original approved condition.

2. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the 7th respondent, the 2nd and 3rd respondents are directed not to pursue the matter unless a call is taken in this issue.

Post the matter on 16.10.2023.
