(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.05.2022 for laying pathway to the graveyard for Irular Community in Paravalur Village, Viridhachalam Taluk.

2. Mr.A.Edwin Prabakar, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that the entire work will be completed as per the settlement entered among the parties before the Peace Committee

and the District Collector, Cuddalore has undertaken to complete the road work within a period of four months time.

3. Recording the above, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
