This contempt petition has been filed against the non-compliance of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.31820 of 2023 dated 20.11.2023.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Puducherry) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that as against the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.31820 of 2023 dated 20.11.2023, the first respondent preferred writ appeal in W.A.No.1054 of 2025 and an order interim stay was granted by Division Bench of this Court on 07.04.2025.

3. Recording the above submission, this Contempt Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh contempt petition subject to the outcome of writ appeal.
