However, for reporting compliance of the said order, dated 13.12.2024, the matter was directed to be listed on 20.01.2025 (i.e. today).

2. Accordingly, the matter is listed today under the caption, ''For https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Reporting Compliance'.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for both sides that the order passed by this Court based on the Memo of Compromise entered into between the parties dated 12.12.2024, has been complied with. However, since it is stated by the learned counsel for the respondents that the first respondent had already deposited a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- to the credit of the suit in O.S.No.248 of 2012, it is needless to state that the first respondent is entitled to withdraw the said amount by making appropriate application before the Principal District Court, Coimbatore. The learned Principal Sub Judge, Coimbatore is also directed to return the said amount immediately, in the event, any such application has been filed by the respondent.

4. In view of the above, the Civil Revision Petition need not be listed anymore.
