ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner, being an association involved in spiritual activities for the growth of Hindu Religion, made a complaint to the third respondent on 17.12.2014 bringing to his knowledge about the alleged irregularities said to have been committed by the fourth respondent, the Trustee of the Kavia Kaliyamman Tirukoil. As no action was forthcoming, the present writ petition has been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. Taking into consideration that the representation of the petitioner dated 17.12.2014 is pending consideration with respondent No.3, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the said authority to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.12.2014 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the respondents, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
