ORDER
Heard Prof.M.Udaya Bhanu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Vijayakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader accepting notice for the respondents and with their consent, the writ petition itself is disposed of at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the order passed by the 1st respondent dated 12.12.2014. 3.The proceedings initiated against the petitioner in the impugned notice is under the provisions of the Dowry Prohibition Act and the petitioner would state that there is no marriage between her and the 2nd respondent. This cannot be agitated in a writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.However, this will not prevent the petitioner from agitating her rights before the appropriate Forum. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
