O R D E R

The petitioner is the daughter of Tmt.Ramaka, who died on 16.08.2013. Tmt.Ramaka was employed as Female Nursing Assistant Grade II in Government R.S.R.M. Hospital in Chennai. The petitioner in her capacity as the legal representative of the deceased Government servant submitted an application for compassionate appointment. The application was given on 11.09.2014. However there was no follow up action taken by the respondent, resulting in filing this Writ Petition.

2. The respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the application submitted by the petitioner dated 11.09.2014 for compassionate appointment, on merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
