The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records on the file of the second respondent relating to CPO No.1160/2014 (Na.Ka.No.H1/35774/2014) dated 19.12.2014, to quash the same and to consequently direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service with all consequential service and monetary benefits.

2.Heard the arguments advanced on either side. 3.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner was placed under suspension vide order of the second respondent dated 19.12.2014 and the same has not yet been revoked. The petitioner in this regard made representation to the first respondent on 09.05.2019 and since the same has not yet been considered, has come forward with this petition. 4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that without going into the merits of the case, it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 09.05.2019 and to pass appropriate orders.

5.Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, I am inclined to issue direction to the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 09.05.2019, if not disposed already, on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. 6.The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
