ORDER

This criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register the complaint dated 07.08.2021.

2. The petitioner had sent a complaint on 07.08.2021 making allegations about the accident, which had taken place involving the petitioner's vehicle. Despite the petitioner has made a specific allegation as against the driver of the lorry, who had driven the lorry in a drunken state, no action has been taken. Hence, the present petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that on the complaint of the Vijayakumar, injured, who was riding a bike, a case in Crime https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

No.147 of 2021 had been registered, on 07.08.2021, for the offences under sections 279, 337 IPC and Section 192(A) of Motor Vehicles Act. He would further submit that after completion of investigation, on 18.09.2021, charge sheet filed before the IV Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet and the same is yet to be taken on file. As regards this petitioner, she has been shown as L.W.4, and the petitioner's complaint forms part of the above case.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
