ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that electric pole has been erected in his property and the petitioner only objected the laying of wiring alone. Therefore, he seeks leave of the court to withdraw the writ petition.

2. After hearing of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the 6th and 7th respondent, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
