This Civil Revision Petition has been filed before this Court under the caption "For extension of time" along with the report sent by the learned District Munsif (FAC), Sholinghur, in D.No.1168/2023 dated 13.09.2023.

2. It is seen from the records, while allowing the civil revision petition this Court by an order dated 03.02.2020, directed the trial Court to dispose of the suit, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. However, the learned District Munsif (FAC), Sholinghur has sent a communication to the Registrar General of this Court vide D.No.676/2020 dated 05.09.2020, narrating the sequence of proceedings in O.S.No.200 of 2010 and sought further period of three months time to dispose the suit and this Court by order dated 01.10.2020 has extended the time for further period of three months. Thereafter, again the learned District Munsif (FAC), Sholinghur has written another letter to the Registrar General of this Court vide D.707/2020 dated 08.07.

2021 and sought further period of three months time to dispose the suit but due to non-listing of the case, time was not extended. Hence, again the learned Disitrct Munsif (FAC), Sholinghur has written another letter to the Registrar General of this Court vide D.No.1168/2023 dated 13.09.2023 narrating the sequence of proceedings in O.S.No.200 of 2010 and sought further period of three months time to dispose the suit.
