ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondents to appoint the petitioner in any of the post in the respondent department according to his educational qualification under compassionate appointment by considering his representation dated 07.02.2011, 11.04.2013, 05.10.2016 and reminder dated 10.05.2021 and 21.02.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the request made by the petitioner seeking compassionate appointment on the demise of his father and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed

of. No costs.
