This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.6655 of 2023 dated 28.04.2023.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, as per the Order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.6655 of 2023 dated 28.04.2023, petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and appearing before before the respondent police daily. Thus, he prays for relaxing the conditions.
3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions from 17.05.2023. He further submitted that, investigation in this case is not completed.
4. In view of the submissions of the parties and that petitioner is a woman, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.6655 of 2023 dated 28.04.2023 as against the petitioner totally. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
