This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in CC No. 397 of 2024 on the file of 1st Additional Special Judge for EC and NDPS Act Cases, Chennai pending trial.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the respondent police found the accused persons with possession of 0.095 grams of LSD. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and there is no material against the petitioner that he conspired with the other accused. Hence, he prays to allow this petition.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submits that the petitioner 0.099 grams of LSD stamp and Rs.15,000/- have been recovered from the petitioner. He raised objection to grant bail.

4. Considering the fact that the contraband seized from the petitioner is commercial quantity. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's signature has not been obtained in the seizure mahazar but it is a matter for Trial. Hence, this Court is not inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed. 10.07.2024 pbl
