ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to cancel the pending Look Out Notice issued against the petitioner, who is holding Indian Passport bearing No. U0357613, in respect of the acquittal order dated 22.04.2025 passed in C.C. No 2926/ 2024 on the file of the learned Special Judge for CCB Cases, Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai, by considering the representation submitted by the petitioner to the third respondent on 14.05.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, submitted that the Look Out Circular issued against the petitioner has now been cancelled.

3. Recording the said submission, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
