ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the 1st respondent to conduct survey and fix the boundaries of the petitioners lands in Survey Nos.115/2, 116/2, 118/1A and 120/1 situated in Easanoor Village, Thirukuvalai Taluk, Vedaranyam Taluk, Nagapattinam District by considering the Petitioners application dated 11.12.2023 by granting necessary police protection by the 2nd respondent based on the 1st respondent letter dated 23.02.2024 vide A.Ke.Ma.229/2023.

2. The petitioner submitted a representation on 11.12.2023 with a request for surveying the petitioner's property, however, the same is pending without consideration till date. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.12.2023 and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance 2/4

with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
