The petitioner seeks a writ of mandamus, directing the second respondent to grant Child Care Leave to her from 17.02.2015 to 17.04.2015 as per Rule 43(C) of the Central Civil Service (Leave) Rules, pursuant to her representation dated 09.02.2015.

2. The representation submitted by the petitioner has already been rejected by the second respondent by order dated 16.02.2015. Such being the factual position, there is no question of issuing a mandamus to consider the representation once again. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
