ORDER

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition with all supporting documents and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the memorandum of grounds in the writ petition.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh writ petition with all supporting documents. No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
