from the authorities and constructed and selling the unauthorised building at site No.B-10, B-11 comprised in Survey No.807 situated at Jeeva Nagar, 34th Ward, Nehru Nagar East, Kalapatti Village, Coimbatore, by considering the petitioner representation dated 29.03.2019 as per the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition making proper prayers and giving correct particulars. He has also made an endorsement to the said effect.

2. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.22858 of 2019 is closed.
