(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) We regret to note that the present writ petition has been filed without disclosure of the earlier writ petition being W.P.No.1096 of 2015 filed on the same cause of action, that being dismissed on 19.01.2015.

2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition unconditionally and rightly so. Endorsement has been made.
