No.3182/A3/2018 dated 31.12.2018 passed by the First Respondent, quash the same and consequently, direct the First Respondent to approve the resolutions passed by the Sangam on 09.10.2018.

ORDER
When it is pointed out that the impugned order passed by the First Respondent is in consonance with the dictum laid down by the Full Bench of this Court in C.M.S. Evangelical Suvi David Memorial Higher Secondary School Committee -vs- District Registrar, Cheranmahadevi [(2005) 2 LW 550] that disputes relating to the manner of conduct of meetings of an association cannot be adjudicated by the Registrar of Societies under the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act, 1975, and the aggrieved person would have to institute suit before the jurisdictional Civil Court for appropriate relief, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to resort to the same. He has also made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. It is made clear that no view
has been expressed by this court on the correctness or entitlement of the claim made by the Petitioner and that the jurisdictional Civil Court shall not be inhibited or influenced by any of the observations made by the First Respondent in the impugned order and the adjudication shall be made based on the pleadings and evidences placed by the parties on merits and in accordance with law.
Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed. No Costs.
