ORDER

This writ miscellaneous petition has been taken out to direct the respondents to release the Document No.1046 of 2012.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready to pay the entire deficit stamp duty along with interest. This is, of course, subject to the final outcome of the main writ petition.

3. No exception can be taken to the aforesaid request. On payment of the entire amount demanded by the Department, the petition-mentioned document i.e., Document No.1046 of 2012 shall be released.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. 20-05-2026 ab/Jeni
