This Writ Petition is filed to direct the first respondent to withdraw the Look Out Circular bearing Nos.2025402540 and 2025402541 issued against the petitioners in Crime No.31 of 2022. 2.

The petitioners were charged for the offences under Sections 427, 294(b) and 506(1) of IPC. The allegation against the petitioners is that they abused the de facto complainant and also threatened him and damaged the barbed wire fencing and cement posts of the de facto complainant and thereby they have been prosecuted.

It appears that now the final report has been filed, because of this Look Out Circular the first petitioner who is working abroad, is not in a position to appear before the Court.

In such view of the matter, let the petitioners appear before the trial Court and get the warrant recalled. The respondent police shall not enforce the Look Out Circular and the Look Out Circular issued by them is hereby set aside.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is allowed and the Look Out Circular bearing Nos.2025402540 and 2025402541 issued against the petitioners in respect of Crime No.31 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent is hereby quashed. The petitioners are directed to surrender before the trial court and file necessary application for recall of warrant. No costs.
