Aggrieved over the order dated 31.07.2014, passed in I.A.No.909 of 2013 in O.S.No.148 of 2012, by the learned I Additional District Munsif, Erode, the petitioners filed this Civil Revision Petition.

2. On 19.09.2019, when the petition was came up for hearing, there was no representation on the side of the petitioners. Hence, this Court directed the Registry to list the matter today, under the caption "For dismissal".
