O R D E R

The petitioner is presently working as Sweeper in Panchayat Union Primary School, Anniyur in the District of Villupuram. The petitioner

submitted a representation on 2.2.2015 to regularise her service and pay her arrears with effect from the date of initial appointment. The representation dated 2.2.2015 is now pending on the file of first respondent. The petitioner seeks a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to dispose of the said representation in accordance with the relevant Government Orders.

2. The first respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 2.02.2015 on merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the representation dated 2.2.2015 along with a copy of this order to the first respondent so as to enable the said authority to dispose of the representation within the aforesaid time.

4. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
