These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 213 days in filing the above appeals.

2.Though notice has been served on the respondents 2, 5 and 6 and their names are printed in the cause list, there is no representation for them either in person or through counsel.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as Mr.J.Chandran, who took notice for the respondents 3 and 4 in all petitions. 4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the above petitions, the delay of 213 days is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.2,500/- (Rupees Two Thousand and Five Hundred only) to 'Samarpana', No.10, Subramani Nagar, Vinayagapuram, Near Retteri, Kolathur Post, Chennai-99, [Savings Bank Account No.10156284387, State Bank of India, Jawahar Nagar Branch, Chennai, IFSC Code SBIN000758, Contact person: Mr.B.M.Sridhar, Mobile No.9282112830], within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, these petitions shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court. 22.02.2021 gsa NOTE: Registry is directed to number the appeals, if they are otherwise in order and print the name of Mr.J.Chandran as counsel for the respondents 3 and 4 in the cause list at the time of admission. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis/
