ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.03.2014 and furnish details/ information so as to enable the petitioner to submit a requisite form to get 2/3 share of the minors A.Vimal Kumar and Master Devanathan in Ex-Gratia lump sum amount payable on the death of one P.Ashok Kumar, who died on 13.08.2010, while in service.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the minors have attained majority as of now and hence, the respondent may be directed to furnish the details as requested https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

in the representation dated 17.03.2014 submitted by the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, so as to enable her to approach the respondent for appropriate relief. 3.On the other hand, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent fairly submitted that the respondent would dispose of the representation of the petitioner, if not already disposed of, within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court. 4.Considering the limited relief sought in this writ petition, this Court directs the respondent to consider the representation dated 17.03.2014 submitted by the petitioner, if not already considered and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
