Heard Mr.K.Govi Ganesan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Gunasekaran, learned Government Advocate accepting notice for the respondents and with their consent, the writ petition itself is disposed of at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents herein to consider and pass orders on the representation dated 09.03.2015 sent by the petitioner within the stipulated period to be fixed by this Court.

3.According to the petitioner, in spite of several representations, the respondent has not considered his application for change of classification of the land and the same is pending. 4.Accordingly, there will be a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.03.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
