Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the impugned order dated 10.01.2014 in proceedings No.P.M.23451/2013/U4 on the file of the second respondent and quash the same.

O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner as well as the respondents brought to the notice of this Court that the writ petition itself was filed based on the O.S.No.220 of 2006 which was pending before the District Munsiff, Perundurai. However, the decree was passed in the suit in O.S.No.220 of 2006 and the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner also informed this Court that they have preferred an appeal against the Judgment and Decree. This being the factum of the case no further adjudication needs to be under taken in this writ petition.

2.Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there is no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
