This Court by order dated 17.06.2022, referred the matter to Mediation Centre, High Court, Chennai and directed the mediation centre to complete the mediation process within a period of four weeks and file a mediation report before this Court on 01.08.2022.

Today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that parties appeared for three sittings and there is a chance for reunion.

Considering the above submissions, the time for filing the mediation report before this Court is extended till 16.08.2022, after the mediation process is fully over.
