ORDER

This revision has been filed seeking a direction to the trial court to dispose of the I.A No 3 of 2023 in O.S No 68 of 2016 on Sub Court of Thiruchengode, in speedy disposal manner.

2. Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 05.06.2025, the learned Sub Judge, Tiruchengode, in and by the proceedings dated 19.06.2025, has sent a report seeking one months time to dispose the IA. No.3 of 2023 in OS. No.68/2016.

3. In the light of the above, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed with a direction to the learned Sub Judge, Thiruchengode, to dispose of the IA. No. 3 of 2023 in O.S.No.68 of 2016 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
