(Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.,) We are informed by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 to 12 that the petitioners have already implemented the order passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal in O.A.No.97 of 2014. The said factual position is confirmed by the learned counsel for the petitioner also.

In view of the compliance of the order dated 20.01.2016 in O.A.No.97/2014 and taking into account, the submission made on behalf of the petitioner and the respondents 2 to 12, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
