ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b) and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.Not known of 2019, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.When the mater is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that FIR in Crime No.249 of 2019 has been registered against the petitioner.
3.In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petition is dismissed with a liberty to file a fresh petition.
