C.M.P.No.13151 of 2023 in C.M.A.SR.No.29403 of 2023 N.MALA.J., This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 92 days in paying deficit Court fee in the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2.I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition and I am of the view that the delay of 92 days in paying deficit Court fee of Rs.9,373/- is condoned.

3. Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.

Registry is further directed to print the name of the respondent counsel at the time of admission. Accordingly, this CMP is ordered.
