rts 2007, pertaining to this petition was dismissed on 04.07.2016. In order to substantiate the argument advanced by the learned counsel for the respondent, he has filed a copy of the judgement rendered by the learned District Munsif, Kangeyam, dated 04.07.2016. The same discloses the fact that the suit pertains to this petition was dismissed .

3. Hence for the reasons stated above, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. No costs.
